Bare Bistro by Fedora's Cakes and Bakes is a family-owned and operated business, kept far away from the busy downtown area. We are Bow Valley locals who concentrate on making artisan sourdough loaves and other artisan baked goods. As locals of the Bow Valley, we believe in making our products using fresh and locally grown ingredients. At our bistro we also provide a variety of hand-crafted pastries, delectable sandwiches, and our daily lunch special. 

Every product is made, prepared and baked in the bistro daily. The coffee used in our bistro is locally sourced and roasted down the street. We do not use any kind of artificial flavoring or any additives, our sourdough bread is handmade and doesn't contain added yeast.
