They enjoyed cooking with their parents at a young age, and their passion later grew through travel, where they savored the tastes and textures of many different cultures. These experiences, coupled with extensive professional training, makes them innovative chefs today. Fonda and Alfredo led a number of successful culinary ventures before becoming the owners of the Bare Bistro.
